At ESS Assist, Ian Peacock and the senior partners have personal experience of successfully buying and selling their own £multi-million valuation training businesses.

Key strengths include: assembling and leading high performing management teams / Boards of Directors and delivering performance through people; creating operational infrastructure across people, processes and systems; embedding performance management programmes to drive efficiencies and superior service delivery; engaging with blue chip clients at CEO level to achieve strategic level engagement; and strong management skills with multi-disciplinary teams of up to 320 people across the UK.

He has also led not for profit training organisations, is an IOD member, and has attained the certificate of strategic development from the IOD’s Chartered Directors Programme and also holds three Post Graduate Business Diplomas and a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA).

In 2022 Ian attained the Mergers and Acquisitions Post Graduate Certificate from  the Imperial College Business School. He is also a Freeman of London and a Member of the Worshipful Company of Carmen (Logistics Livery London)

Ian has been married to his wife Julie for over 30 years and has co raised 3 adult children.
