Another successful training company sale for ESS Assist: Woodspeen Training Limited completes the acquisition of Jarvis Training Management Ltd
The ESS mergers and acquisitions team are delighted to announce the acquisition of Jarvis Training Management Ltd (JTM) by Woodspeen Training Limited, to support their growth within the education industry for an undisclosed sum.
JTM is a highly regarded, successful Merseyside-based training provider who specialise in Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and Business-Related Training.
JTM shareholders approached ESS to help them realise their retirement plans, and source a suitable buyer. The ESS team was able to attract various interested parties and a number of offers, with the successful bid coming from Woodspeen Training Limited.
