The JobCentre Plus releases thousands of RFQs every year via the DWP’s Low Value Provision to support the training of the unemployed.  

This support package has been designed to help training and education suppliers already registered on the DWP procurement portal,  but need assistance with their account, accessing contract opportunities, and developing their knowledge and confidence to use the portal moving forward.

What’s included in this support package?

Account Support

Our DWP expert will check and update your account, ensure your content is correct, and provide feedback to put you in the best possible starting position to build a relationship with the DWP and access requests for quotes (RfQs).

RFQ & Invoice Guidance 

You’ll be provided with a recorded training session on; 

• How to view the Request for quotes (RFQ’s) from DWP. via the supplier portal. 
• How to use the filters built into the procurement portal. 
• How to respond and complete an RFQ and the required Annex 3 including client charging structure and payment options. 
• How to prepare and upload the quote, RFQ, and Annex 3 onto the procurement portal. 
• How to raise and upload an Invoice onto the DWP procurement portal. 
• How to view and track the uploaded invoices. 
• How to amend the procurement portal to take into account changes to the client’s course offerings, geographical delivery locations etc.
